This place is still beautiful- Xi Xi Tian

Worked on this cover illustration with Penguin Random House UK. The book is a young adult fiction that explores the story of two sisters experiencing a racial attack and their vastly different ways of coping with the trauma. While working on this project, I focused on capturing the complex relationship between the sisters. My goal was to illustrate the tangible connection between them, using color and design to create an immediate visual attraction for younger readers.
